Three tiers.
One standard of care.
Every visit is scoped up front. Your price is confirmed before your visit. We never add to it without your approval. Deep cleans and move-in/out visits are priced at a set percentage above the standard rate; recurring plans receive a discount instead.
We arrive with everything the visit requires: professional-grade products, cloths, and equipment. If you prefer particular products in your home, leave them out and we'll use them instead.
Standard Clean
From $130–$150 · 1BR/1BA, one-time
The baseline for a precisely maintained home.
- Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned
- Dusting, flooring, and surface care throughout
- Bed linens tidied and made
- Trash and recycling removal
Deep Clean
From $160–$180 · 1BR/1BA, one-time
A meticulous pass reaching the hidden spaces. Recommended seasonally, or whenever a home needs a thorough reset.
- Includes all Standard Clean services, plus:
- Interior oven, refrigerator, and cabinet fronts
- Baseboards, door frames, and light fixtures
- Accessible areas behind and beneath heavy furniture
- Window sills wiped clean
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
From $190–$215 · 1BR/1BA, one-time
An absolute reset for empty spaces, ensuring the home is flawless before the boxes arrive or after they leave.
- Includes all Deep Clean services, plus:
- Interior closets, cabinets, and drawers
- Full-depth appliance interiors
What we don't do
- Exterior windows and screens
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Anything above step-stool height (we don't use ladders)
- Pet waste and pet grooming
- Mold and biohazards (bodily fluids, pest droppings)
- Washing whole walls, scuffs on flat paint, wallpaper
- Upholstery shampoo, stain treatment, leather conditioning, mattress cleaning
- Washing, drying or folding laundry
- Putting away clutter, clothes, toys or papers
- Organizing cabinets, pantries, tableware or storage
- Cleaning electronics beyond a dry dust, or screens
- Handling valuables or fragile art (we dust around them)
- Power washing, plant care, moving outdoor furniture
- Hauling bulk items, debris or hazardous waste, or sorting contaminated recycling

A $50 deposit confirms your first booking and comes off your total. Cancel up to 48 hours before your visit at no charge; after that, a $50 late cancellation fee applies (on a first booking, your deposit covers it).
Pets: $30 per visit, or no charge to start if they won't add to the cleaning.
